1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Sitewrap, including the Sitewrap website, dashboard, APIs, edge proxy services, deployment tools, analytics, security tooling, and related services.

Sitewrap is operated by CREA SPACE LTD, 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, United Kingdom. By using Sitewrap, you agree to these Terms. If you use Sitewrap on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

Sitewrap is an edge website operations platform. It can sit in front of customer websites to provide caching, request logging, analytics, deployments, security controls, A/B testing, page editing, form and lead workflows, and related operational tooling.

The exact features available to you may depend on your plan, configuration, customer agreement, and current product availability.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, authentication links, and dashboard access. You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for ensuring that users you invite have appropriate permissions.

4. Customer websites and content

You retain ownership of your websites, content, customer data, forms, leads, configurations, and other materials you provide to Sitewrap. You grant us the rights necessary to host, cache, proxy, transform, analyze, secure, and otherwise process that material for the purpose of providing Sitewrap.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights and permissions required to connect a domain, proxy traffic, cache content, deploy pages, collect form submissions, run experiments, and use analytics or tracking features.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Sitewrap for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized activity. You must not attack, probe, or interfere with Sitewrap, other customers, third-party systems, or the availability and integrity of the platform.

You must not use Sitewrap to distribute malware, phishing content, infringing content, unlawful content, spam, or content that violates the rights of others.

6. Privacy and compliance

You are responsible for your own website privacy notices, cookie notices, consent management, lawful bases, and compliance obligations. This includes explaining your use of Sitewrap where required.

Where Sitewrap processes personal data on your behalf, the Data Processing Addendum applies to the extent required by applicable data protection law.

7. Fees, plans, and billing

Paid plans, usage limits, billing terms, credits, and rates may be described in the dashboard, pricing page, order form, invoice, or other written agreement. You agree to pay applicable fees when due.

If payment is overdue, we may suspend or restrict access to paid features after reasonable notice, unless prohibited by law or agreed otherwise in writing.

8. Availability, support, and changes

We work to provide a reliable service, but Sitewrap may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, upgrades, incidents, third-party infrastructure, customer origin issues, internet routing, or events outside our control.

We may modify, improve, deprecate, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We will try to avoid unreasonable disruption to production customers.

9. Third-party services and origins

Sitewrap may interact with third-party services such as hosting providers, CDNs, email services, analytics providers, payment providers, and customer origin systems. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

You are responsible for keeping your origin reachable, secure, and properly configured for Sitewrap traffic.

10. Intellectual property

Sitewrap, including its software, dashboard, designs, documentation, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by CREA SPACE LTD or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Sitewrap to you.

You may use Sitewrap only as permitted by these Terms and your applicable plan or agreement.

11. Confidentiality

Each party may receive non-public information from the other. The receiving party must use reasonable care to protect confidential information and use it only for purposes related to the service, except where disclosure is required by law.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sitewrap is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every customer environment.

You are responsible for reviewing changes, testing configurations, maintaining backups where appropriate, and operating your website responsibly.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CREA SPACE LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will be limited to the amounts paid by you for Sitewrap during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless a different limit is agreed in writing or required by law.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security risk, fail to pay fees, use the service unlawfully, or if continued service would expose Sitewrap, customers, or third parties to risk.

You may stop using Sitewrap at any time. Certain provisions, including payment obligations, confidentiality, limitations of liability, and data protection terms, survive termination where appropriate.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
